A Move to Modern Addition

​This home underwent a complete transformation. From a quiet rambler to a modern home that stands out with every detail. No corner was overlooked as the 2nd story was created, form meets function at every turn. Three bedrooms and two baths were added upstairs, with the hallway overlooking the grand dining room chandelier. The downstairs bedrooms became repurposed as office space and a guest room. On the outside the roof line and front balcony are accented by the seamless siding. 

Sunny Second Story Addition

This second story addition really brought this family together. Everyone is on the second floor; close, but with plenty of room to play board games on the floor and even a reading room just for the kids.

New Heights

Movin' up, in the house. This second story addition includes 2 roomy bedrooms and a full bath. The bedrooms have custom extra big built-in's and a secret passage between the rooms. The bath is all about glamour and classic style.

The house incorporates numerous modern touches while still respecting the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood.

Family function

This mudroom and kitchen addition created much needed space for this large family of seven. A functional floor plan and extensive custom cabinetry are topped with bright, crisp finishes. With 5 children, a well thought out mud room is of paramount importance! Filled with lower cabinet pull-out drawers, the kitchen allows parents and kids alike to get to what they need.
