~ Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs ~
We care about our planet ... but we also want to save you money. Sustainability isn't about slapping solar panels on your roof at the end of a project, it's about building a high-quality, comfortable, and efficient home that will use fewer resources and cost less to operate. We try to incorporate sustainable building practices in every project. Many of these practices are part of our process and incur no additional charges. We also recycle almost all of our construction and demolition waste through co-mingled recycling centers or sorting and recycling materials at the source. Examples of extra services we provide include home energy audits, above code air sealing and insulation, water conservation improvements, HVAC upgrades, window upgrades, indoor air quality assessment/improvements, and green material selection. Please let us know if you are interested in ways to make your project more sustainable.
