Transformation

We transformed a single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home into a 2 story modern retreat. After replacing and strengthening the foundation we used advanced framing techniques, a SIP roof and in-floor hydronic heating to create a modern and sustainable 4 bedroom home. The home is clad in Hardi panel siding and Ipe wood accents.
